The Word 2010 annual conference identity was designed with Clare Bell for ATypI.
Our aim was to capture the typographic heritage of Ireland without using jaded Irish typographic tropes.
A flourescent ink was used to further subvert any further preconceived notions of Irishness.
The identity is based on apostrophes from the typeface Nib by Tom Foley.
